1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rustline Operations Dashboard (the “Dashboard”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Dashboard.
2. Description of the Service
The Dashboard is an operational and administrative tool used to manage Rustline-related server monitoring, user administration, audit records, Roblox account linking, and approved integration features. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Access
Access may be limited to invited or otherwise authorized users. You represent that you have authority to use the account credentials provided to you and that your use complies with applicable Rustline policies and instructions.
4. Account Security
You must protect your login credentials and notify Rustline if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your authenticated session except where caused by Rustline's failure to maintain reasonable administrative safeguards.
5. Roblox Account Linking
You may link a Roblox identity to your dashboard profile using OAuth or, where available, display-only manual entry. Manual profile linking is display-only unless separately verified. OAuth verification confirms control of the Roblox account at the time of linking.
You must not use Roblox identity links to impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership. Having a linked Roblox account does not automatically grant in-game permissions.
6. Roles, Permissions, and Administrative Access
Dashboard roles and explicit permissions control access to administrative features. In-game permissions, where supported, are determined separately from profile linking and require appropriate role and permission assignments.
Authorized administrators may perform audited actions, including manual Roblox verification in limited circumstances.
7. Acceptable Use
You must use the Dashboard only for authorized operational and administrative purposes and in accordance with Rustline instructions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass access controls or authorization checks
- Inspect, copy, or expose secrets, tokens, or credentials
- Forge server requests or misrepresent trusted bridge traffic
- Submit false audit data or misuse administrative tools
- Interfere with the security or availability of the Dashboard
- Use the Dashboard in violation of applicable law or third-party terms
9. Administrative Actions and Audit Logs
Administrative actions may be logged for security, accountability, and operational review. By using the Dashboard, you acknowledge that such records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary.
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
Service availability is not guaranteed. Rustline may modify, suspend, or discontinue Dashboard features at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
11. Third-Party Services
Roblox is a separate third-party platform and is not responsible for the Rustline Dashboard. Rustline is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox-related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
12. Intellectual Property
The Dashboard, its branding, and associated materials are owned by Rustline or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Dashboard except for the limited right to use it as authorized.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Dashboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rustline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Dashboard.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rustline from claims arising out of your misuse of the Dashboard, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
Rustline may revoke access, unlink accounts, suspend users, or disable features for security, operational, or policy reasons. You must stop using the Dashboard when your authorization ends.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
